A portion of the Pennsylvania Turnpike eastbound is closed Monday morning, and officials can't say when it will reopen.
The eastbound lanes are closed from the Valley Forge interchange, Exit 326, to the Norristown interchange, Exit 333, because of a crash on the road, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said.
An overturned box truck is blocking both eastbound lanes, and two occupants of the truck are trapped in the wreckage, PennDOT said. Emergency crews are working to get the victims out of the truck.
Eastbound traffic is being routed off the turnpike at Valley Forge, onto Interstate 76 east, to Interstate 476 north and to the Mid County interchange of the turnpike.
