A 20-year-old man accused of firing a gun into the air outside a North York nightclub earlier this month is free on $25,000 unsecured bail.

Miguel A. Colon-Marte, no address provided, is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment, risking a catastrophe and a crime committed with a firearm, according to online court documents.
