A 20-year-old man accused of firing a gun into the air outside a North York nightclub earlier this month is free on $25,000 unsecured bail.
Miguel A. Colon-Marte, no address provided, is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment, risking a catastrophe and a crime committed with a firearm, according to online court documents.
Northern York County Regional Police were dispatched to a report of shots fired outside of Lux Club at 1327 N. Duke St. about 1:30 a.m. Oct. 7.
During a fight outside the club, Colon-Marte, who wasn't involved in the fracas, allegedly got a gun from a nearby vehicle and fired four to five shots into the air, police said.
No one was struck by bullets.
Colon-Marte turned himself in to police on Wednesday. Police said they recovered the .380-caliber handgun he used in the incident.
