Police are searching for a man driving a silver Jeep who robbed the Subway restaurant in Shrewsbury at gunpoint Wednesday night.

Southern Regional Police said the man walked into the Subway at 18 Constitution Ave. at 8:30 p.m. and demanded money at gunpoint.

After getting it, he fled the area in a silver Jeep at a high rate of speed, police said. No one was hurt.

He's described as a skinny white man, about 6 feet tall, wearing a sweater and a white mask.

Anyone with information about the robber's identity is asked to call police at 245-3944, or call 911.
