One of two men still wanted for attacking two others during a large fight in the parking lot of Five Guys Burgers and Fries has turned himself in.

Maurice Atkinson, 29, of York City, surrendered at the county's central booking unit on Monday, according to York City Police.

He remains in county prison on $100,000, charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, conspiracy to commit both offenses, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.

Still wanted for his alleged role in the attacks is Qui Swan, 25, of York City.

Police said Atkinson and Swan participated in a group attack on Niam Jamison and Donald Layton Jr., both 18 and allegedly associated with the city's Parkway "crew," or loosely organized neighborhood gang.
