Voith Hydro's union employees will vote Saturday morning on a new contract.
Management on Thursday presented a final offer to the union representing 250 employees, who will vote this weekend on the new collective bargaining agreement, according to Randy Jones, business representative for the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers District Lodge 98.
If the contract is rejected, the union will decide whether or not to strike, he said.
Jones said he couldn't gauge the contract's chances of passing.
The union's previous three-year contract will expire Sunday.
Voith, based in West Manchester Township, makes hydropower turbines to generate electricity.
