York City detectives still want to question three men in connection to the large fight outside Five Guys Burgers and Fries that ended with two people being shot and two others being boot-stomped.

Glenniece Banks, 31, of York City, was shot in the head and critically wounded during the 2:45 a.m. Sept. 2 incident in the restaurant parking lot, located along Route 30, police said.

Hakeem Kosh Sr., 22, also of York City, was shot in the leg, police said.

Niam Jamison and Donald Layton Jr., both 18, suffered injuries from being repeatedly punched, kicked and stomped by several members of the city's south-side crew, police said.

Jamison and Layton are affiliated with the city's Parkway crew, according to detectives, who said Banks appears simply to have been in the wrong place at the wrong time.

"Crews" are loosely organized neighborhood gangs. The Parkway and south-side crews have been at odds for years, police said.

Wanted: On Thursday, detectives announced they still want to question three men about the fight: Meredith Smith, John McGhee and John Sturdivant.

Tyree Eatmon, 24, of West Poplar Street, remains free on bail, charged with both Banks' shooting and the assaults on Jamison and Layton. So far, no charges have been filed in the shooting of Kosh.

Also charged in the assaults on Jamison and Layton are LaQinn Harris, 22, of York City, and Xavier Maddox, 24, of Dover Township.

Detectives have obtained arrest warrants for two other men they believe participated in the beatings. They are Qui Swan, 25, and Maurice Atkinson, 29, both of York City.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Swan, Atkinson, Smith, McGhee or Sturdivant is urged to call city detectives at 849-2219, or call the city's anonymous tip line at 849-2204. Or text a tip to 847411 (tip411), YORKTIPS.
