Showers on Thursday morning will be followed by thunderstorms throughout York County after 11 a.m. according to the National Weather Service.

Total rainfall accumulation will likely be between a half and three quarters of an inch as the rain continues overnight on Thursday.

The chance of showers continues on Friday with a high near 72 and mostly cloudy weather all day.

Saturday will be mostly cloudy with a high near 70 and a chance of showers overnight.

On Sunday there is a 40 percent chance of showers and a high near 68.

Rain is likely again on Monday as temperatures linger in the low 70s.

Tuesday will be mostly sunny with a high near 72. Wednesday will be mostly sunny with a high near 73.
