A Monday morning crash in York City lead to the arrest of a West Manchester Township man for possession of heroin.

Rodney Allen Reed, 54, of 2289 Fairway Drive, is charged with DUI, possession of heroin, and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, according to city police.

He was arraigned Monday night at central booking and released without bail, according to online court documents.

Reed was arrested at 11:32 a.m. after he was involved in a crash in the 600 block of Madison Avenue, police said.
