York City Police said Thursday morning they have arrested Xavier Maddox, 24, of the 3100 block of Sunshine Drive in Dover Township, in connection with a shooting earlier this month.

Maddox, who was one of several people wanted for questioning, was charged with aggravated assault for his part in a fight that preceded the shooting on Sept. 2nd in a parking lot on Route 30. He was arraigned at Central Booking and sent to York County Prison on $100,000 bail, police said.

Police said they have located four of seven other people wanted for questioning. No longer wanted for questioning are Anthony Gilbert, Hakeem Kosh, Pedro Diaz and Eddie Swan. Police are still looking to speak with John McGhee, Meredith Smith, and Qui Swan about the shooting of Glenniece Banks, 31, who was critically injured when she was shot in the head during a fight at 720 Loucks Road.
