Met-Ed spokeswoman Kathy Seilhamer said a faulty underground cable caused the outagearound 10 a.m. and that crews are working to fix it. Power should resume sometime this afternoon, she said.

The outage is contained to the mall, and only appears to be affecting the Loucks Road/Walmart side of the building, she said.
