Dallastown is alone in first place in York-Adams Division I girls' soccer.
The Wildcats rolled to an impressive 5-0 triumph at Central York on Thursday night.
Dallastown, which improved to 2-0-0 in the division, broke open a close game by scoring four times in the second half.
Emily Ross and Megan Newmister scored two goals apiece for the Wildcats, and Cassie Putt supplied the fifth goal. Brittany Temple and Alaina Curry each had two assists.
Dallastown goalie Becca Austin made 13 saves to earn the shutout.
OTHER GIRLS' SOCCER
WEST YORK 2, RED LION 0: Allee Ilgenfritz and Shyanne Kimbrough scored goals to lead the Bulldogs. Stevie Gross made four saves in goal to record the shutout. Courtney Trout had two saves in a losing effort. West York won despite being outshot, 10-4. The Bulldogs did have a 4-2 edge in corners.
SPRING GROVE 2, KENNARD-DALE 1: At Fawn Grove, the Rockets rallied from a 1-0 deficit on a pair of goals from Shelby Brassard. Ashley Madison and Shilow Pranke had assists for Spring Grove. Madison Ferner scored K-D's goal, off an assist from Morgan Anderson. Leah Roy made 11 saves to get the win in goal. Lilly Gordon had 18 saves for the Rams.
YORK SUBURBAN 1, EASTERN 0: At York Suburban, Mikala Kin's goal at the 7:01 mark of the second half pushed the Trojans past the Golden Knights. York Suburban had a huge advantage in shots on goal (26-8), but Eastern goalie Nikki Layman kept her team in the match with 25 saves. Trojans' goalie Paige Grossman gained the clean sheet with eight saves.
FAIRFIELD 4, YORK CATHOLIC 0: At Fairfield, Lexy Junker had a hat trick for the Green Knights. Liz Myers also scored for Fairfield, and Amelia Ford made nine saves to record the shutout.
DOVER 4, SOUTH WESTERN 0: At Dover, Maxine Herman scored all four goals for the Eagles. Brooke Firestone had two assists, while Maddy Miller and Brooke May had one assist apiece. Marcie Gerrick had the shutout in goal.
