A Spring Grove man head-butted another man in Seven Valleys, according to police.

David Stiner, 24, of 27 York St. is charged with simple assault, state police said.

Stiner allegedly head-butted a 24-year-old man in the first block of Cherry Street in Seven Valleys at 1:20 a.m. on Aug. 18, police said.
