A man and woman stole a water valve from a Springettsbury Township on Aug. 24, according to township police.

The black, three piece valve, valued at $200, was sitting in a construction site in the area of Industrial Highway and Memory Lane before it was stolen, police said.

A work site foreman told police that an early to mid 1980s Ford pickup truck pulled up to the site and a white man and a white woman got out and stole the valve at 10:17 a.m., police said.
