A York City woman was stuck in the head by a stray bullet in a parking lot along Route 30 early Sunday morning.

Glenniece Banks, 31, was taken to York Hospital in critical condition, according to city police.

An update on her condition was not available Monday.

Banks was shot in the head by one of several shots fired after a physical altercation in the parking lot of Five Guys Burgers and Fries, 720 Loucks Road, about 3 a.m., police said.

The restaurant was closed at the time of the shooting.

Police said it appears she wasn't involved in the altercation.
