A Virginia man picked a bad spot for a nap Thursday afternoon.

At 4:15 p.m. Thursday, Northern York County Regional Police received calls about a man sleeping in a vehicle that was blocking one lane of Carlisle Road near Blackberry Road in Dover Township.

They found Evan Robert Lo Presti, 29, of Virginia, who had been woken up by witnesses and had pulled his vehicle over so it was no longer blocking the road. The witnesses told police that Presti said he had been smoking K-2 synthetic marijuana before driving.

Presti was taken to central booking and charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.
