State police are charging a Fawn Grove man with numerous offenses after he was pulled over for going 95 on a 55 mile-per-hour stretch of Interstate 83 in Springettsbury Township.

Robert Walker Tingler, 30, was allegedly drunk and speeding, weaving across both lanes of traffic and the shoulder, police said.

Walker, who is not lawfully permitted to carry a firearm, was allegedly in possession of a handgun that he had stolen from his mother, police said. It was also later determined that he did not have permission to take his mother's car, which he was driving.

Police said he'll be charged with receiving stolen property, two firearms violations, DUI, unauthorized use of a vehicle and summary vehicle code violations.
