Two people have recently been indicted in federal court for being illegal aliens who sneaked back into the United States after previously being deported, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office in Harrisburg.

Both men were captured recently in York County, officials said.

Hermenejildo Fuentes-Mariche, 34, of Mexico, was deported in 2006 after being convicted of resisting arrest, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.

Juan Carlos Quintanilla-Pineda, 27, of El Salvador, was deported in 2007, officials said.

Both men are charged federally with immigration fraud.
