Thursday will be mostly sunny, with scattered showers and thunderstorms after 2 p.m., according to the National Weather Service. The high will be 90 and the low 70, and south winds will pick up to 5-7 mph in the afternoon. There's a 40 percent chance of rain.

Friday will have showers and thunderstorms, with up to an inch of rain possible and more in storms, the forecast said. The high will be 86 and the low 67, and winds will be from the south at 7-9 mph, with gusts up to 21 mph.

The chance of showers and thunderstorms lingers through Saturday, the forecast said. Saturday's high will be 82 and the low 63, and winds will be from the west at around 8 mph.

A string of sunny days begins on Sunday, with highs in the mid-80s and lows in the mid-60s, the NWS said.
