York City Police took two reports of guns that were stolen from vehicles parked in the city.

Sometime between Thursday and Saturday, two handguns and a wallet were stolen from a truck that was parked in front of the owner's home in the 900 block of Belaire Lane, according to city police.

Between July 22 and Friday a handgun was stolen from an unlocked vehicle as it was parked in the 300 block of Pattison Street, police said.

Anyone with information about either of the thefts is asked to call police at 846-1234 or the anonymous tip line at 849-2204, or text a tip to "YORKTIPS" at 847411.
