Stambaugh was one of the six NATO service members killed July 8 when an armored vehicle he was in was demolished by a roadside bomb in Afghanistan.
Visiting hours will be Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Irwin Beck at 175 N. Main St. in Spring Grove. That will be followed by visiting hours Saturday morning from 10-11:30 a.m. at Harvest Chapel Church, located at 6947 York Road in Abbottstown. The funeral service will follow at 11:30 a.m. at Harvest Chapel.
Stambaugh will be laid to rest at Trinity Roth UCC's cemetary at 6417 Church Road in Spring Grove. Full military honors by the U.S. Army Honor Guard will be provided.

Stambaugh was a 2010 Spring Grove Area High School graduate and a member of the U.S. Army 978 Military Police Co. He was deployed to Afghanistan in February.
