A sobriety checkpoint will be conducted in York County and a roving DUI patrol will be held in Lancaster County this weekend, the Center for Traffic Safety announced Tuesday.
Both will be held between 6 p.m. on Friday and 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Sobriety checkpoints and roving DUI patrols are set up on roads proven to have a high incident rate for impaired drivers in terms of crashes and arrests.
The location of the sobriety checkpoint has not been announced.
