Popular NBC reality series "The Biggest Loser" will stop in Philadelphia this weekend during its 13-city casting call.

From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at Planet Fitness, located at 9950 E. Roosevelt Blvd., producers will be looking for contestants, with at least 85 pounds to lose, to compete during the show's new season in January.

Candidates must be 18 years old, legal U.S. residents and should take a non-returnable photo of themselves and have "the desire to change their lives forever," according to a press release.

Selected contestants will vie for a grand prize $250,000, given to the competitor who racks up the most weight loss.
