HAGERSTOWN, Md. -- Local racing legend Keith Kauffman won Wednesday evening's Pennsylvania Sprint Car Speedweek feature at Hagerstown Speedway.

The 63-year-old driver collected $5,000 for the victory, which added to his 300-plus victory total.

Kauffman started second, outraced Red Lion's Cody Darrah into the first turn and then held off a late-race challenge by Lance Dewease to win the non-stop, 30-lap feature.

Darrah finished third, with Danny Dietrich and Fred Rahmer in the top five. Rounding out the top 10 were: Stevie Smith, Mike Wagner, Thomasville's Greg Hodnett, Brent Marks and Alan Krimes.

The Speedweek winners thus far are Brian Montieth (Saturday at Lincoln and Sunday at Big Diamond), Hodnett (Tuesday at Grandview) and Kauffman.

Speedweek continues with shows at Williams Grove on Thursday and Friday, Port Royal on Saturday and Selinsgrove on Sunday.
