Homicide victim Kyle Westry

A York City man wanted for the June 21 homicide of Kyle Westry is now in police custody.

Antonio Donnell Wormley, 18, of 728 McKenzie St., surrendered himself at the York County Judicial Center about 4:30 p.m. Thursday, York City Police said.

Previously charged was Larry Alvin Jones III, 21, of 464 W. Princess St. He remains in prison without bail.

Westry, Wormley, Jones and Laquan Beatty (Westry's half-brother) are all associated with the city's south-side crew, according to police.

When the fatal shooting happened, the four were confronting Parkway gang associate Wajh S. Jamison, 20, of North Beaver Street, detectives said. That confrontation ended in a shootout with at least four guns being fired, and Westry being shot

Detectives are still seeking Jamison's Parkway associate, Shaheim Carr, for questioning. He was with Jamison when the shooting happened, according to police.

Anyone with information on Carr's whereabouts is urged to call detectives at 849-2219, or call the city's anonymous crime tip line, 849-2204. Or anonymously text a tip to YORKTIPS at 847411.
