Penn State now has 13 verbal commitments in its 2013 football recruiting class.

Zach Bradshaw, a linebacker from Damascus, Md., is latest player to choose the Nittany Lions.

Bradshaw (6-3, 205) is rated a three-star prospect, on a five-star scale, by both Scout.com and Rivals.com.

Bradshaw also reportedly had offers from Michigan, South Carolina, Maryland, West Virginia, Arizona, Virginia, Northwestern and Boston College, among others. The final four finalists for the honor roll student were PSU, South Carolina, Virginia and Northwestern.

He reportedly runs the 40-yard dash in 4.6 seconds.
