Police are asking for help locating Shaheim Carr, who is also wanted on a prior attempted homicide warrant. Police have not said whether he's a suspect or why he's needed for questioning.
Police said two other men who had been wanted for questioning, Larry Alvin Jones and Antonio Wormley Jr., turned themselves in. They were questioned and released.
Capt. Ron Camacho said the men were "persons of interest," but declined to elaborate about why.

Two groups: Camacho said the two groups met up, but he's not sure whether they were meeting intentionally or accidentally. He said the shooters knew each other.
"Sometime after they came together, an altercation started and the shooting started," he said. "We're still looking for witnesses, and we need as much help as we can get."
A second man, 20 years old, was injured in the shooting and was taken to York Hospital in a private car. He was treated for a minor wound and released.
Prior charges: Carr is also wanted on a number of charges stemming from a Feb. 21 incident.
He faces criminal homicide, aggravated assault, conspiracy to commit aggravated assault and reckless endangerment. The charges were filed March 27, according to online court documents.
Westry returned to York recently to tend to his mother, Paula Westry, who had undergone surgery.
He was supposed to take a bus back to Atlanta, where he lived, this past weekend.
A vigil that had about 30 people in attendance was held Sunday night at Paula Westry's home in the 400 block of South Queen Street.
Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call police at 849-2219.
