The Senior Outreach Services Coalition will host a free health fair for older adults and their caretakers.

The fair will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday at Rest Haven York, 1050 S. George St.

Among those involved are AseraCare Hospice, ComForecare Senior Services, ForSight Vision, Health South Rehabilitation Hospital, Highmark Blueshield, Senior Commons at Powder Mill, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, Visiting Angels, York Cancer Center and the York City Bureau of Health.

The coalition's mission is "to adopt a holistic and collaborative approach to service," according to a news release.
