After being barred from the Shrewsbury Township Walmart, a Fawn Grove woman was arrested there and charged with retail theft, again.
Therese Lee Hebert, 24, was arrested about 7:15 p.m. Thursday after she was seen by a loss prevention officer putting items in her bag, according to state police.
The arresting trooper also found four needles on Hebert, police said.
She is charged with retail theft, criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia according to online court documents.
She remained in York County Prison in lieu of $25,000 on Monday.
Hebert was previously found guilty of retail theft for stealing items from the same store in 2008, according to court documents.
She had been barred from entering the store, police said.
