PHILADELPHIA—Police in Philadelphia say they've obtained surveillance footage as they investigate a fatal shooting outside a Philadelphia restaurant.

Investigators say an apparent dispute inside a trendy bar and restaurant in the city's Northern Liberties neighborhood ended in gunfire early Monday morning.

Authorities say the man was pronounced dead around 2:30 a.m. at a hospital after being shot at least three times.

Police are seeking the gunman, who they say fled with several other people after firing the fatal shots.
