Northern York County Regional Police have charged two Dover Township men for allegedly stealing $14,000 worth of scrap metal from a sheet-metal company.
According to police, Corey Goucher and his step-brother, Justin Bupp, stole the metal from Panagraphics Inc. between January and April. Police allege the brothers then sold the metal to other companies.
