A Reading woman wanted in connection with a 2010 burglary in West York was arrested in her hometown.
Authorities arrested Wendy Ann Oliver, 33, who was arraigned on a conspiracy to commit burglary charge in York County on Tuesday. She remains in York County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail, according to court documents.
West York Police allege Oliver was the middle woman in the burglary of a home in the 1700 block of West King Street on March 24, 2010.
Oliver made phone calls to sell eight guns while Kevin Fox, 35, was stealing them from the home, police said. She arranged for him to be picked up from the burglary scene, police had said.
A laptop computer, a Nintendo Wii and checks were also stolen from the home.
Fox was arrested less than two months after the burglary and is currently in state prison for that crime, according to court documents.
A preliminary hearing for Oliver is scheduled for June 20.
