A school bus carrying 22 students from Eastern York School District's middle and high schools was involved in a minor crash Thursday morning in Hellam Township, police said.
Hellam Township Police Chief Mark Sowers said the crash happened about 7:20 a.m. on Stricklers Lane, just north of the Stricklers School Road intersection.
The bus and another vehicle sideswiped each other at a slight curve in the lane, the chief said. The crash remains under investigation, he said, and the drivers' names were not immediately available.
Paramedics and the school district's transportation director responded to the scene of the crash, but none of the students said they were injured, Sowers said.
Once at school, four of the students spoke with a school nurse, then went home early, the chief said.
Both the bus and the second vehicle involved were driven from the scene, he said.
