A man wanted in York County and Montana was arrested Saturday after he gave a false name to police officers, police said.
A Southern York County Regional Police officer was on patrol in the first block of Main Street in Glen Rock at 8:45 p.m. when he saw a disturbance in front of a convenience store, police said.
Ryan Scott Flinchbaugh, 31, no address provided, - one of the men involved in the disturbance - allegedly gave the officer a false name because there were warrants out for his arrest, police said.
Flinchbaugh was arrested for false identification to law enforcement and on two warrants - one York County Court of Common Pleas bench warrant and a summary bad check warrant. Flinchbaugh also has a non-extraditable warrant out of Montana, police said.
He was taken to Central Booking for warrant service and arraignment, police said.
