A Franklin Township man cut the neck of a person he was arguing with, police allege.
Jared M Reneker, 23, of the 600 block of Range End Road, is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, harassment, public drunkenness and a weapons violation, according to Carroll Township Police.
An April 4 argument between Reneker and the alleged victim at a convenience store in the 800 block of Route 15 in Carroll Township turned physical and Reneker pulled out a switch blade knife, police said.
Reneker then allegedly cut the victim's neck, according to police, who did not release the alleged victim's name.
The alleged victim was treated for non-life threatening injuries, and Reneker was arrested, police said. He remains free on $100,000 bail.
