An international sorority council will punish a Penn State Altoona sorority that the campus suspended after a woman was transported to Altoona Regional for head injuries suffered in an assault over a bottle of vodka.

Sorority members Angela Kim, 22, and Brooke Nolan, 20, are scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Thursday for aggravated assault charges.
