Sweet Willows Creamery will be handing out brain freezes in the name of charity on Saturday.
The York Township ice cream parlor is holding an ice cream-eating contest, with proceeds and a portion of the till going to the York County Children's Advocacy Center.
Registration begins at 4 p.m., and the contest starts at 5:30, owner Brent Lebouitz said.
There will be two divisions for the contest -- one for children 14 and under and one for those 15 and over. The cost to compete is $5.
All of the registration fees and 20 percent of sales Saturday will be donated to the advocacy center, Lebouitz said.
Registration is limited to the first 10 contestants in each division.
Sweet Willows is located at 2812 E. Prospect Road. For more information, check out www.sweetwillows.com, or call 718-9219.
