New store opens
Rutter's opened its 57th store this week, in Loganville at the intersection of Reynolds Mill Road and Susquehanna Trail.
The 5,700-square-foot store has added 35 jobs in the area and is open 24 hours.
Just off Interstate 83, the store includes 18 gas pumps for automobiles, four automotive diesel pumps and three diesel truck pumps.
There's indoor seating for 20 people, and the new Rutter's has free Wi-Fi and a TV.
SPRING GROVE
Business mixer
The Spring Grove Area Chamber of Commerce and A Little Bit of Heaven will hold a Business After Hours Mixer for its members and guests.
Held from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at A Little Bit of Heaven, 245 N. Main St., the event aims to give guests a chance to build relationships with Spring Grove businesses and organizations.

GIANT FOOD STORES
Support for troops
Customers at Giant Food Stores and Martin's Food Markets donated $450,423 during the stores' annual Support Our Troops campaign.
The campaign was held from May 6 through May 19 and benefited regional USOs and the Wounded Warriors Project.
"On behalf of our regional USO partners and the Wounded Warriors Project, thank you to all of our customers and associates for their overwhelming support in helping to keep our nation's heroes stay connected to their families and assisting those who were injured overcome obstacles," said president Rick Herring.
Giving $1 at checkouts, Giant and Martin's customers have donated more than $1.8 million to Support Our Troops since the program began in 2005.
