Sunday marked the third edition of Foodstruck, featuring a new location, new additions and more food.
The event was moved to Penn Park in York. And that allowed room for more than 50 food trucks compared to the 27 featured when the event was last held in April.
Sunday was also the first Foodstruck at which beer was offered, with more than 15 varieties - mostly craft beers - to choose from.
Kids' activities were also added to the event at Penn Park's tennis.
The event continues until 6 p.m.
City garages on East Market, West Philadelphia and West King streets will be open and free.
Organizers have also arranged free shuttles to transport people from parking lots at York College and the Susquehanna Commerce Center to Penn Park.
