A man made off with prescription medication during a robbery at a Hanover pharmacy on Wednesday.
Borough police say the man, described as a white male in his late 30s to early 40s, entered Laslow's Pharmacy, 800 Carlisle St., about 3:50 p.m. and handed a clerk a note that said employees would be harmed if they didn't cooperate.
After receiving an undisclosed amount of medication, the man fled on foot. No one was hurt during the incident, police said.
Police describe the man as having a stocky build, is between 5-foot-9 and 5-foot-10 and has shoulder-length dirty blond hair or was wearing a wig. He was last seen wearing a black ball cap, black framed sunglass, a dirty white T-shirt with "Chicago" written on the front, black shorts and black boots.
Anyone who knows who the man is or has information about the robbery is asked to contact Hanover Police at (717) 637-5575, or through 911.
