A woman was arrested after police say she allegedly broke into the Fairview Township mobile home where she used to live and damaged contents inside on Thursday.
Nicole Ann Desimone, 32, of Ashburg Drive in Mechanicsburg, was arrested after she again returned to her former home in a mobile home park at 594 Old York Road on Friday, according to township police.
Police found Desimone sitting in a car parked in front of the home after they were dispatched to it for the second time in just as many days. When an officer attempted to speak with Desimone, she started the car and tried to drive away, police said.
An officer was able to reach through the open front driver's window, turn off the car and restrain Desimone, police said.
Police didn't say exactly how much damage Desimone allegedly caused to the home but said she "did significant damage."
She is charged with burglary, criminal trespass and two counts of criminal mischief, police said.
As of Wednesday, she remained in York County Prison on $10,000 cash bail.
DUI charges are pending the results of a blood-alcohol test, police said.
Court records don't list an attorney for Desimone.
