Traffic is now moving on Route 30 after a tractor-trailer rolled over at the Exit 21 off-ramp of Interstate 83 southbound this morning, according to 511pa.com.

Traffic cameras show that the tractor-trailer has been cleared from the crash area, which is now seeing more moderate congestion.

Around 8:40 a.m. Monday, a tractor-trailer rolled over at Interstate 83 southbound and Exit 21 to Arsenal Road, according to York County 911.

Emergency crews are now responding to the Manchester Township accident, which includes entrapment and is near the exit's off-ramp, 911 said. The off-ramp leads to Route 30.

At about 9:20 a.m., eastbound Route 30 is closed near the crash scene and is seeing heavy traffic from Roosevelt Avenue to that point, according to 511pa.com.
