A Dover resident was taken into custody Tuesday after investigators allegedly found him in possession of child pornography.

Scott Rosenfeld, 41, of 1703 Weeping Willow Lane, is charged with 25 felony counts of child pornography possession, four counts of distributing child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

Agents from the Office of Attorney General's Computer Forensics Unit found more than 200 images and 10 videos containing suspected child pornography on Rosenfeld's three hard drives and thumb drive, according to the office.

In June, an agent was investigating file-sharing networks known to be used for child pornography distribution, according to the criminal complaint. When he located files of "investigative interest," the agent was able to directly download them from Rosenfeld's computer, the complaint said.

From that evidence, agents were able to obtain a search warrant and uncover the additional incriminating evidence, the complaint said.

Rosenfeld was the 100th individual arrested by Attorney General Kathleen Kane's Child Predator Section this year. He was one of two men arrested on child pornography charges this week, the other being Benjamin Jenkins, 30, of Dauphin County.

Rosenfeld is being held in the York County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail and his preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 18.
