Federal officials arrested in New York City on Thursday a man wanted on attempted murder and a related charges in connection with a shooting in York City last year.
Trenton Anderson, 23, of the York area, was arrested without incident in Manhattan, according to a news release from the U.S. Marshals Service.
York City Police laid charges against Anderson in June and, shortly after, sought assistance from marshals.
Anderson faces two counts each of attempted murder, conspiracy to commit murder, conspiracy to commit aggravated assault and a single count of illegal possession of a firearm in connection with the shooting that happened on Dec. 7, according to his court records.
York City Police and marshals were assisted by New York State Police in this investigation.
York City Police did not return a call seeking comment.
