Shaffer, of 631 Roosevelt Ave., York, allegedly stole the first jar July 6 from the counter of the Rutter's Farm Store in the 500 block of Greenbriar Road in Manchester Township, police have said.
Shaffer went back for a second helping June 13, this time at the Rutter's in the 2100 block of Susquehanna Trail, also in Manchester Township, according to police.
