CENTERVILLE, Pa. — A northwestern Pennsylvania man is facing a felony aggravated assault charge after he allegedly tattooed the left forearm of a 12-year-old girl.
Randall Charlton III was charged Friday by the Pennsylvania State Police.
According to online court records, Charlton was confined in Crawford County prison because he was unable to post $20,000 bail. Court records didn't list a lawyer for Charlton.
The Erie Times-News reports that Charlton allegedly tattooed the girl Wednesday night in a Centerville home where the girl was staying the night.
Police say the tattoo consisted of a yellow smiley face with a derogatory word above it.
He's also facing charges of endangering the welfare of a minor, corruption of minors, simple assault and tattooing a minor.
