A York-area man who suffered injures in a single-vehicle crash in Paradise Township earlier this month died at York Hospital on Monday.

Northern York County Regional Police say 90-year-old Richard Summers died about 10:30 a.m. from injuries he suffered in the May 9 crash.

Summers was driving a 1987 Chrysler west on Lincoln Highway West when, about 9:40 a.m., he crossed the center line and eastbound lane and hit a utility pole near Beaver Creek Road, police said.

No autopsy is planned, said Pam Gay, the York County Coroner.
