Federal charges have been filed against two York County men who officials said are illegal aliens.

Santiago Ortiz-Ortiz, 49, a citizen of Mexico, had previously been deported from the United States, but was arrested after returning, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office in Harrisburg. Ortiz-Ortiz was arrested in York County by federal immigration agents, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney's Office.

Claudio Villa-Vera, 26, a citizen of Ecuador, also was previously deported and later found to be living in York, the press release states.
