The warning means any fires that develop could quickly get out of control and become difficult to contain, according to the weather service.
Rain could develop after 3 p.m. Friday, when temperatures should range from a high near 63 and a low of around 45.
Saturday also could see a chance of rain after 11 a.m.. Otherwise, it should be partly sunny with a high near 69 and a low of around 42.
Sunday should be mostly sunny, with a high near 6 and a low of around 41.
