An exit of Interstate 83 in Manchester Township was closed for a couple of hours after a tractor-trailer overturned, injuring its driver, Tuesday morning.

The crash also closed the on-ramp of Exit 21, the Route 30 exit, according to state police.

Bernard N. Pautler III, 28, of New Castle Delaware, was driving the tractor-trailer southbound on Interstate 83 when, about 10:15 a.m., he took the exit to Route 30 and the rig rolled over, police said.

The overturned tractor-trailer blocked both the on-ramp and the off-ramp, police said.

Pautler suffered minor injuries and was taken to York Hospital for treatment.
