The opening night of the battle rounds on The Voice was marked by no fewer than three steals.

Jake Barker was stolen by Adam Levine, Biff Gore was stolen by Blake Shelter and Patrick Thompson was stolen by Shakira.

Patrick had lost his battle round to female rocker Kat Perkins, but Shakira said she couldn't resist his voice.

Biff came out on the wrong end of a battle matchup with T.J. Perkins, but Blake was impressed by the 45-year-old's stage presence.

And even before Usher announced the winner of a battle between Stevie Jo and Jake Barker, Adam announced his intent to steal the loser; he was that impressed with the young singers.

Monday's show also featured battle round wins from Dani Moz, Jake Worthington and Sisaundra Lewis.
